There are a range of promotional materials available to support local Adult Learners’ Week events and activities including posters, pens, balloons, bags and bunting. These items can be ordered individually or, alternatively, you can order an Event in a Box, a complete kit of materials for an event for up to 50 participants.
You can also download customizable materials or use the Adult Learners' Week logo on your own materials.

Order Adult Learners' Week materials
There are a range of materials available to support your events, some of which are free and some at a cost.
For the chargeable materials, there are three options of payment to choose from:
- Pay by credit or debit card
After choosing the items you would like to order, proceed to checkout and select the ‘credit or debit card’ payment option. Complete the form which will be displayed and you will be taken to a secure page to fill in your card details and complete the transaction. - To be invoiced (for orders from £35 only)
Step 1: After choosing the items you would like to order, proceed to checkout and select the ‘pay by invoice’ option.
Step 2: Raise a purchase order for your selected items
Step 3: Fill in the required fields of the form displayed, including the purchase order number. - If your order is under £35, unfortunately we cannot arrange for an invoice to be sent to your organisation. In this case, if you are unable to pay by credit or debit card:
- download form here
- print form out and fill it in;
- attach to the form a cheque to the exact value of your order and send to Adult Learners’ Week Team, Campaigns and Promotions, 21 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GE.
