Fay Hargreaves
Fay started her apprenticeship after two years with pub company, Punch Taverns. Having achieved GCSEs, she was keen to learn about the hospitality industry and wanted to progress within the company.
After completing an apprenticeship at level 2 she became a Team Leader, and helped to trial a new Team Leader qualification which the company plans to roll out nationally. Fay has become an ambassador not only for the Apprenticeship Programme, but also for work-based learning generally. “I have learnt so much about our business, our processes, our values and the way we do business during the last few months.”
