Kerri Lewis
Kerri Lewis joined Bedfordshire Police as an apprentice in January 2010, working in the Career and Leadership Development Team.
She has made a considerable impact in her role, improving communication, overseeing police officer examinations, supporting promotions interviews and managing a job descriptions library. Kerri achieved NVQ 2 in Business Administration with North Hertfordshire College and completed a minutetaking course at Bedford College. She inspires other young people joining the organisation and helps promote apprenticeships to other departments. “The skills she has learned with Bedfordshire Police will help her in any role within the organisation or outside,” said her nominator.
