About Adult Learners' Week

Adult Learners' Week is a national celebration of lifelong learning; the biggest in England. The Week is now in its 24th year and we are really proud that it has inspired Adult Learners' Week celebrations across the world.

We hope you will join us in celebrating adult learning and be inspired to take part. Here are just some of the activities we have planned:

• National and regional awards ceremonies
• Parliamentary reception
• ‘Have a go’ learning taster events
• Festival of Learning

In 2014, more than 3000 ‘have a go’ activities were held by providers of all shapes and sizes. Find out more about what happened last year on our Activity Highlights page.

The 2015 Festival of Learning takes place in May and June and incorporates thousands of events across the country.
